Bah. I had 4 12's in an old ride of mine and didn't need a flexiglas window. I'm also not a fan of rolling with the windows down when it's the slightest bit warm, either, so it wasn't like I was venting out the pressure. When I dropped bottom, I could be heard a LOOOONG ways away, but I typically didn't do that unless I was showing it off. I had several people who were fairly good with big systems think there were several more (and larger) speakers with more power in there. One actually accused me of putting in a fake box!! 
Gotta love it.
Good luck with the rebuild/overhaul. Looks like a good start.

i got 5% on all the side windows, 35% on the front windshield, and 15% on the whole back window and i think mine maybe to dark sometimes. good luck

lol the windows arent too bad,... its nice being dark and people can see iinside.. but all the tvs help brighten iot up

Don't get me wrong man, I like the 1% tint and everything. I just like to see outside while I drive. Like the dark spot in the corner of my eye would just bug me and make me think my vision is going. Lol.
