Default Refinishing OEM wheels?

I have a GS4 platinum, 2000. The wheels are my favorite, but arent in the best condition. One looks like it has been replaced recently and i love it....can the others be repaired manually or by machine to look like new? (remove rust, remove contaminants on alloy face, resurface edge where curb bit) offer any opinions on this. thanks guys. -austin

most likely unless its been heavily damaged. Ive seen rims get beat up pretty bad and end up looking like new after theyve been fixed

depending how much youre willing to spend to get them fixed. it might get pretty pricey, you might make it easier on yourself and search for a new set or pair. GL

Not sure what the platinum wheels look like but if there similar to the five spoke silver, I redid mine by myself. I sanded all the flaking paint and rough spots and then I gave the wheels a few coats of sparkling silver follwed by several coats of clear. They turned out pretty good. Definitely not like factory ,but still quite good for an 11 year old car. I'll try and post a pic soon.

Try giving these guys a call http://www.wheelcollision.com/lexus2.htm. They are in Pa also. I have never used them but kept their site handy just in case.
