Search for SRT Intake / Swift Racing and you'll find loads of threads about that intake.

It's for an intake + ECU (not just an ECU). The ECU is an air/fuel piggyback type, not any sort of fancy rewrite

it says its a stage 2 ecu is it better than the piggyback ecu or is it the same thing?!?!

It does the same thing, just this one is designed specifically for the SRT intake tube and is bundled with it.

FYI, you can find these pretty regularly in our member classifieds for about 1/2 the cost. Just need to make sure you get one for the correct model of your car (they sell one for GS300, one for GS400 and one for GS430s).
