Default rotors

If I go Brembo or Rotora, are these blanks larger than OEM and does that present any type of installation problem?

Anyone else here running Brembo blanks on second generation GS300 or 400? One supplier said Brembo only makes blanks for the front. He also told me that the OEM rotors are slotted...that's not true is it?
