to answer your question on grom the answer is no it wonk work for 98-00(i own a 2000)with pioneer not to sure on mark systems... try to work this out with grom for over a couple of months with no luck the cable fit but the wiring are different is seems, i was able to change songs but no sound output...

any results using these items?

Does anyone know if an extra ampflier is required? (like the funkwerk Stereo Mutebox).
