yes ballasts are for my highs, also have some for my fogs but they are mounted under the bumper, think im gonna remount those under the fenders soon though

nope, as stated before the silver boxes are the ballasts for my high beam HID's and the strut bar i have had for a minute now. im gonna let you'll figure this out over the weekend. have a good one guys. cya monday maybe by then someone will get it
