Dude, why not just get a Supra?

Put all the labor $ into fixing up the Supra.

You're too young to want a sedan.

widening the tranny tunnel is $$ but slush boxes suck hopefully you will pull it off

you could keep your existing engine and turbo it? when your having the 6 speed put in .. and all shifter pieces on the back of the tranny + rear end.

What does converting to a manual have to do with ABS, power steering, and A/C? Let me remind you that you still have a factory preprogrammed ECM and C-Best. All I am recommending is getting the IS300 5-speed ECM and the 5-Speed (6-speed... you're not going to like it on your setup) and go from there.

To change to a 2JZ GTE engine will require a new ignitior, resistor pack, injectors, rail, pumps, space for an intercooler, Supra or stand alone ECU (*IMPORTANT*), Supra wiring harness. Good luck interfacing it with the AC, ABS, guages, etc. It can be done with the exception of guages, but it's extremely difficult.

I think you're seeing the uphill battle.

As I posted in another thread, the entire key to this swap is finding an Aristo Techtom modified ECU. Someone I'd defer to on this subject is Jarrett at Powerhouse Racing.

if i do anythign, it will be an all out swap.

Dex... im weird i just want a sedan!?!?

i guess i feel that supras everyone has done, i want to do somethign no one else has done.

v300 im talking about since i'll have the supra wiring harness trying to get it to work with my existing stuff might be tough...

i will get the ECU, Wiring Harness, Igntion, Fuel Rails i think will be custom... custom drive shaft, i know it'll be hard but i think i can pull it off.

I dont want to keep my existing engine because its too old.

Wheel Kinetics, can you tell me more about why the gauges wont wire up? thanks

Guages are controlled by the Lexus ECU. You will have to keep it in the car and do one wicked piggyback wiring job.
