Hey so I am just wondering what the cost would be and where would I be able to purchase this. I recently Bought a 1998 Gs 400 which originally came from the states and my navigation map doesn't work in Canada. What is the lastest update and Is there a newer version coming out soon?

 

The harddrive nav you got (me too) won't work for Canada, only the DVD ones work... only way to resolve this is change the deck....

It's due to IIRC 98-00, Lexus in Canada doesn't even have the navi option... I've already got the latest version it seems, but still no Canada...

funny thing is my parent's 03 Merc with Navi ONLY have Canada. lol

 

so that means i have to purchase a new deck?

 

If you can't stand no navi, either get a portable one or go buy a AC control unit from non navi's GS, and a aftermarket deck... Or switch to a 01+ navi to retain AC control from screen...
But aftermarket have better systems....
