That's why I don't like it -- no contrast. But, for now its OK. Its car paint, clearcoated, and it feels tough as nails, so I'm hoping it'll endure without showing wear. We'll see though. All in, it didn't cost me $100 for everything, so I'm content!

Man, I wish I knew someone here in Houston that could do it. Id do it in a heartbeat I was thinking of buying a brushed aluminum kit, but the idea of it being stick ons stops me. Looks super good, and seeing its a pre 01+ it looks new!

Guys come on. You have to experiment and just try to do it yourself. I painted my interior as well, quite a different color scheme but the same idea nonetheless. Pictures soon. OP - props looks good, loving the wood inserts.
