I bought an intake for my 99 GS300 and installed it today. Hooked up all hoses, maf, everything. I went to turn on the car and as soon as I did, my RPM went up to 1200 then to 200 and my engine started shaking. I tried turing on and off the car but same thing happened. Then I disconnected the batt (hoping to reset the ecu) and tried again. This time, the same thng happened but I decided to drive it around and let the ecu "get to know" the intake. After a few laps around the block, its acting normal now. Is it safe to drive? Are my worries over? Or should I switch back to stock? Anyone experince this before?

I'm 99.99% I installed it correctly. All hoses are hooked up and everything. Yea, it did go away, its fine now, I just wanted to know if i'm okay to drive or will it hurt anything. I think I should be fine though
