Default Rear car wobbles left to right

Last weeks i starting to notice that my 2002 GS300 rear wobbles left to right when I slowly start from standing still and when I'm approaching a stop. I can feel the car wobbles when I'm driving and when I driving behind it from a different car. The wheels do not wobble, only from middle of the car back. However, when i'm driving around 30+mph the wobbling goes away. Does anyone knows what is going on with my car or how to fix it? Thanks.

I'm not questioning your answer, but I thought alignment is only for the front wheels and only required if the car is not driving straight. My car drives straight.

Could be bad rear bearings or hub assembly. Get it checked asap.

On the GS both the front and rear has adjustments for camber, toe and caster.

What could have caused this issue? I have been rolling on my 16's for a while now...

So you are thinking alignment is all i need?

+1..also you might need to check your tires also..I had notice on my in-law's car when it wobble in the rear. I notice that they had put a different tire on the rear rather than a matching pair..but in this case it probably that you need to get an alignment.

hit a curb or watever... as cars gets old, parts tend to deterated
getting alignment would be good just to kno that you alignment are within specs

After carefully inspected the wheels I noticed that one of the tire is warped, so I replaced both rear tires and everything is smooth as silk now. Thanks all you guys for the inputs.
