Default Shift pop is still happening...

Hey guys, ive got an 01 gs300 and after buying it i noticed what has been described as shift pop. I read up on here and i bought the fit kit which is just brake hardware and i replaced both front brake hardware and re lubed it up and the issue came back within 2 weeks. I notice that its worse on rainy days, and only sometimes it also makes the same sound when you push down on either the driver or passanger fender. Its like a metal to metal sound and i really cant figure it out for the life of me. If im going 45 and have to come to a stop it will sometimes make it multiple times before i come to a complete stop. Anyone have any idea on what could this be?? tomorrow im gonna get it up on some jack stands and tighten every bolt that i can see on the suspension, brakes, and steering rack.
