Default 98-00 Taillight Amber Delete

I searched and searched and i can not find a actually step by step to do this. I started with a heat gun and i don't want to go any further with it. I want to just dremel it, but i want to know exactly what to dremel.. Thanks

i checked that one and it doesn't tell me what to dremel.. I started doing it that way with a heat gun but I chipped a little peice, so I stopped that way.

i believe the adhesive used to put the tails together are not heat sensitive.

with a heat gun, if you go back to trying it, just spread the heat rapidly, move the gun around a lot, and don't start at a corner, i was able to do mine with a heat gun

Shoot! I have an extra set of both 98-00 AND 01+ tails, I should start effing with them since I dont need them!

You can "play" with the 98-00 ones but forget the 01+.

Yup--use a heat gun man. If stuff starts cracking, use more heat. When you're done, use black silicone smoothed with your finger around the edges to (1) help seal the lense and (2) fade away the appearance of any cracks.
