Start with the basic stuff like cleaning the MAF, throttle body, raplace plug if you have not done so, PVC valve, oil change, train flush. Those you can do yourself if you are a handle man. Make sure you discconect the battery terminal (negative) before you start to clean your MAF and throttle. Good luck and let us know.

I have found a lot of times that a gunked up throttle body will cause poor idle conditions. Clean it out real good with some gum cutter, and see if it makes a difference. Make sure you open the butterfly valve and clean as far back as you can.
