Default 3gs conversion

I realy like the 3gs conversion but i don't like the front vertex bumper, i was wondering if the stock 3gs bumper would work, maybe i should adress this ? to pandaGS. has anyone tried to attemt to convert the stock 3gs bumper, fenders, and hood. do the 3gs headlights just bolt up? and if they do, the front bumper would be realy easy to bolt on, then the fenders and hood would just need modifications. Keep this thread going. most of the oem parts you can get off ebay. I hope someone would try this other then the 3gs vertex conversion

i guess u can use a 2gs and 3gs fender and weld them together. that way, you would have metal fenders. much better than fiberglass ones.
imo, i only think the conversion look nice if it was kitted. i dont think stock bumpers and sides would look very nice

I doubt the 3gs bumper would fit, I mean why would it? Its a completly different car.

Probably most defenitly have to do some custom work.

theres no doubt that you would be deep into a custom conversion to try to make that work. The Vertex front bumper is the best part of the kit in my opinion.

i guess my real question is if the 3gs headlights bolt directly to our core support then the front bumper should fit easily with some brakets, the problem i see is the fenders and hood.

That certainly looks awesome, but you also lose hood function. And you turn your 2GS into a pseudo 3GS. One wonders if you shouldn't at that point just buy a 3GS?

I would have to agree with TTurboPimp and Str8VIP on this one!
It would not be a Vertex Kit without the Vertex bumper! Just my opinion!
