I did a quick search but didn't find the answer.

I'm considering purchasing some Mcgard spline drive lug nuts for my GS. Specifically Kit # 65557.

I see alot of people using Work lug nuts, or similar but I do not see people using the Mcgard. Is there something I'm missing here? The Mcgard lugs are are about 75$, where i've seen Work lugs for 120-140$.

Nothing wrong with them. Just make sure that they have the right thread pitch for the car and you should be good to go!

I actually prefer the McGuard ones. That's what I run on my own car. They're 2 piece nuts, so you can tighten them without of galling and scratching the lug nut mating surface on the wheel.
