Does anyone know if Injen or K&N makes air filters (drop-in) or intakes for the '02GS3 yet? I've done a search and only found Weapon-R intakes. Looking for Injen or K&N products.

I do know for a fact that K&N deosn't make a drop-in for the GS300. As far as an FIPK( intake kit) I'm not really sure. If you're looking for a drop-in, I'd suggest a TRD or Tom's Racing filter.

thanks. is there any performance difference wiht a drop-in filter? does it increase hp? or just the fact that its washable?

I wouldn't expect any HP increase. If anything, maybe better gas mileage........ if that? It might give you better throttle response. But we are talking minor results. I'm planning on getting the TRD just because my stock filter looks like crap...

I "heard" that those drop-in would give you 1 to 3 hp gain.

anyone know other sites to pickup the TRD drop-in? I went to www.l-tunedparts.com, but couldn't find an option for 2002 GS3. Only went up to 2001. Will it fit?

tod071 - I got the Tom's racing drop-in from Steve Ganz, and it definitely gives slighty quicker throttle response....and makes a little more noise. Nothing dramatic, but well worth the $80.00 IMO

Thanks for all the input. Just when I was ready to get the TRD filter...
