Default I've been searching for a 2003-2005 GS430 for a while now!

Hey everyone, I've been searching for a GS430 from year 2003-2005. It has been about 11 months and I haven't found any good deal. I found a few, but the cars had high mileage and looked horrible in person. I've been looking for either a pearl white or black exterior with tan interior fully loaded with navi and woodtrim. I have $16,000 cash to spend and I feel like I'm going to give up. I tried innumerable car websites with no luck....It's either the mileage and price are high, or the cars didn't have navi/woodtrim and priced high with low mileage. I really want to buy this car completely stock. Any suggestion on what I should do to look for these cars? Thanks all!

BTW I live in Long Beach, California.

Tough market
1) LA has a ton of GS cars but very few I think are stock
2) Try casting a wider net (PHNX, SD, OC, SF, SB)

Make sure the mileage you're looking for is realistic (maybe 10k a yr?)

Hey thanks for replying. Yes you are absolutely correct, most cars in SD, LA, OC and other areas you listed are mostly modded with crappy aftermarket parts that are in bad condition.

One thought, get a buyer broker to hit the local auto auctions and buy a lease return for you. These cars will likely be a little beatup

Just a thought

Check craigslist, I think I got a pretty good deal on mine about 2 weeks ago.
I found a 2004 gs300 with 86k miles, complete stock, for 11k. And it was from an old man so he wasn't beat.

And i'm from Long beach too... I drove to Flora Park to pick mine up. Make sure you check OC area.

Thanks for the suggestion, trust me I think I'm a little too obsessed with craigslist. I checked OC, SB, SD, LV, AZ, LA, and many other areas on a daily basis....It's easy to find GS300 though I'm only looking for a 430 because I had a 98 GS300 3 years ago. After test driving a GS430 I was sold. The thing is fast and super super smooth.

I have a 2002 GS430 Black/Black with all options except the wood wheel. I have around 92,500 miles on it. I just got it like 4 months back, but have already put 12,000 miles on it. It's in good shape, and completely stock. This was my dream car, and I, like you, searched for over 6 months before I found this one. Everyone I looked at was either trashed or had cheap modifications. The only reason Im considering selling it is because Im now commuting 4 days a week for school and putting a few thousand miles on it a month. This happened with my last Lexus and before I knew it i had 150,000 miles on it. If you have any interest send me a PM. Im in LA, Manhattan Beach to be specific.
