haha you guys are funny and I'm the one who's in the Army. Well I have seen them do it and I've also see them take off running once my alarm is off. But the way My front door is placed once I get out the door I have to run down a flight of stairs and run about 15 meters and than i'll be out in the parking lot by than their way gone.

The police officer was being a di*k. I don't know why but all the really said was they can't increase patrols there and thats why we have rent a cops who patrol the area.

haha as far as me getting blown up because my car is outside my window i'll be fine haha I'm in the Army so i'm kinda use to it. hahah

 

kevin...i'd install some motion sensor activated video cameras....at least find out whose attempting to mess with your ride.

or....

sleep in the car....once the alarm goes off...pounce on them.

 

I'm thinking about doing both leaning more towards sleeping in the car since christmas is coming up and we all know how that is. I will keep you guys updated on whats going on. I have to look up the washington state and city laws to see what I can and can not do before I get into trouble

 

Can you see your car from your window. Is the area adequately lit?

If so, get a good webcam and download dorgem. I use it. It basically turns your webcam into a motion detecting camera. I set mine to snap a pic every 1 second it detects motion. I caught some degenerate douchebag thieves stealing money out of my desk here at work.

 

That alone right there is not tolerated by me. This is something of MINE that I put a lot of time and money in and you want to come and eff with it.

I need to try McKrevice's idea and put my webcam to use.

Luckily so far I haven't had an incident for the last week. Maybe they got the idea that I was gonna lump them up if I catch them by trying to chase them down?
