Default Where to get decent wheels for less than $1000?

The 18 inch oz salinas on my 01 GS300 are pretty scuffed up. I found a few places that can make them look new but at a price of $200 per wheel.

I like these rims but for $800 figured I should buy new. I want to stick with the same size b/c my tires are new and I like the look.

Any suggestions on where I can find decent 18s for less than $1000 installed? I want to stick with alloy and like the fairly open look.

Thanks.

You might think about spending just a little more and going with something like Forgestar wheels. D2Autosports sells them www.d2autosports.com, along with some other wheels that will run you in the 1K arena.

Also, since I have the Salina's as my winter wheels and am a fan of O.Z. I will recommend the O.Z. Canyon's on sale right now at www.tirerack.com for $99 each.

O.Z. Canyon II PL
18x9

When you really do your research there are a TON of options out there, lots of them through CL Vendors (Axis, Ruff, etc.)

What do u think about these made by Kazera? Look a liitle like the Salinas. Good price on those Canyons but I don't love the style.

Also I've never had wheels put on any car. What do most places charge to install, balance, etc when u didn't purchase from them? I'm guessing BJs will do it?

This is where i got mine. You can ask for Edgar, its two brothers, Edmond and Edgar. You can tell them Josh with the Silver GS400 referred you. Need4Speed Motors 1-888-714-RIMS (7467) or sales@need4speedmotors.com.

They are a pretty big ebay retailer. I live in socal so i went to there shop. Good prices, i bought rim and tire package for a hot deal.

This is my GS4:

The price must have gone back up cause I just checked and the price is $279 ea...these wheels actually look nice and I wouldn't mind getting them for my GS...am also in search for under 1K wheels. My S13 is draining my pockets!

NEVER MIND, I JUST FOUND THEM FOR $99.

Damn I saw the g-spiders on some website before, those things are mint! I'd take those for $3 bills in a heartbeat. $280 is highway robbery. What did it cost u to have them installed?
