I totally agree with ROPADOPA. Imo, the Dremel and Sanding takes too long. Initially I purchased a fender roller and learned the hard way. I rolled my fenders and created some dimples. Then on my friends GS, I used this air saw. Instead of using the saw that came with it, I cut a hacksaw blade in half and used it with the air saw. The air saw is much easier to control. No sparks, No mess, no drama or damage to the vehicle.(the hacksaw blade stays on the inside the wheelwell the whole time and it bends in the fenderwell) I did use a grinder to clean the edges, then I spray painted the area. keep in mind that for the front fender, since it's only single layer metal, rolling is the recommended method. if needed you can hammer it flat and get it repainted.

Cut the excess tab that causes the dimple though correct?

Good Point, we were only talking about shaving the rear fender lip which is double thickness.

Another good point; the area by tab will dimple if it is not cut off before rolling. A ton of us have examples of what that dimple looks like.
i need it for the front for sure. the back... not yet. i would hammer it in, but i'm trying to avoid the repainting part.
Rolling the fronts will be easy with a fender roller. It's the rear fenders that are tricky, since the metal is much thicker(twice as thick). As for the paint you can just rattle can it, because it's out of site really. Just mask off the area to minimize overspray.
