Default PIAA Wedge

I want to know the difference among (1) plasma blue (2) super plasma (3) platinum super white (4) super white (5) extreme white.

They are all 5 watt wedge. If you use any of these, could you post up a picture? Please do not post Polarg blubs. This thread is solely for PIAA wedge blubs.

I'm using super plasma and I will take a picture later.

i used the Super white in my old car. Looked good - nice white, with a light light blue tint.

Default Piaa Plasma Blue 5w Wedge vs. 18w Polarg M6

You asked, therefore you will receive. Give me a few hours when it gets dark and I will have a few pics with those different PIAA wedge bulbs. However, I will try to take pics without my Polargs in. Driver side is a pain to remove. Here's a pic I took last week.....

but is the passanger side inner light using the 5w wedge bulb? If so you can't compare a 5w PIAA to the Polarg M6. I forgot the wattage on the M6 isn't like 15 or 20w.

FutureGS: You're right. The first pic was to show the difference between a 5w vs. a 18w. I was trying to compare the color between the two.

Default PIAA Super White vs. Polarg M6

Okay, so because I have large hands I was unable to remove my Polarg bulb from the drivers side. Spent 20 min. no luck. Anyway, here are some pics...

RacingAristo: Sorry I had to use one of my Polarg bulbs. Hope any of these help.

I've only seen them on the internet. Very hard to find. Always sold out.... You can try www.optauto.com

LXOGOOD,

Thank you very much for the pictures and the time you spent swapping the blubs. Plasma blue is definitely out of my list. I may as well just buy platinum super white and extreme white and compare them with my super plasma.

I notice that on the box of my super plasma it says it's close to HID. And it seems that PIAA pretty much put "close to HID" on every other blub case.

not to sound like a rookie or anything, but i just put HID's in my 99 gs300, and i was wondering, if in the inner headlights those little blue bulbs are the "wedge" bulbs ? The previous owner(parents) didn't really take care of the car, and just left the old bulbs in. So i'm trying to piece the car back together!

The inner bulbs are referred to as wedge bulbs which are located where the high beams are.
