1999 gs300 takes 2-4 turns of the key to start the car

Just started doin it recently, mainly in the mornings, takes approx 2-4 turns of the key to start the car, any ideas?

could be the starter, i had to have mine rebuilt.

starter is a common problem on our cars.

Funny world my friend, i just had the same problem last week, the problem was the battery, replaced it and it's good to go. My suggestion... go to R and S and have them check out the battery, good luck.
