OKAY with the lights already (lol)!! Someone refer to me a vendor with some quality projector lights. Or, if anyone can tell me where to buy those 5 or 6-lamp bezel headlights, then I would consider buying some new ones!
TIMING IS EVERYTHING MY FRIEND! Besides, the cost of the parts are less than the deductible and since it's a project car I've decided to install the parts on my own and paint the whole car Summertime (yeah). Either way, he's footing the bill!
Still doesn't make sense though. HE hit your car. Therefore, HIS insurance would be covering it. No where should YOUR deductible come into the equation.
Furthermore, deductibles don't apply to liability claims, only collision/comprehensive claims. His liability coverage should be paying for everything, with nothing out of pocket for you or him.
