Default Bumper trim.. gone or non-existant?

where do i find the chrome trim for the front and rear bumpers (small stripe between the body and bumpers). Were these details a trim option from the dealer or are mine just faded and gone? They look the same as the body paint but my sides are shiny chrome. I would like to have chrome front and backs with a chrome trunk bar to match on my Mill. Silver car.

yeah it isn't too bad for that piece. some people go the autozone moulding trim routebut i bought from factory since it is cut to length and has the 3m tape already on there. and thanks for the kind words.

he didnt say you had to get that he said SOME people go the autozone trim route. BTW OP since u didnt even bother....there is a old thread im thinking of off the top of my head a guy shows you a cheaper alternative to using the OEM expensive dealer stuff. btw the autozone molding and the modling in that guys post fits very well and was under $40

I read some where on this forum that you can polish it out. But in a few months it goes back to being faded. If you dont mine doing it then go this route. The stuff I use is Meguiars Plastx. Same stuff I use for my headlights.

yeah but thats one strip. the autozone ones and others are enough to cover most if not all of the car for a price UNDER that single rear strip. good find for the OP though

Hey you calm down! Just kidding... Yea, when I read on here that AutoZone carried it, I was pissed! I hadnt the slightest clue that they carried it, yet alone carried anything that would actually work. For you CL guys to say it works and looks good... I'm gonna have to check it out. I payed that stupid price for all of mine when I got the car painted
