Default Need help dead battery?

My car would not start but there is power going to the radio and windows. When I turn the key to start the car it just makes some clicking noise. Is it that the battery is not completely dead or something is wrong with the car. By the way I have a 2000 GS400.

I had a friend jump the car and I drove around for about 5 mins and then park and turn off the car. After that it wont start anymore. Any ideas...

TIA.

Starter is dying. And it is a PITA to have the work done. It costs about $1000 to replace from a reputable shop.

check battery first becoz sometimes when the battery is weak the starter motor makes clicking noise or it could be a bad relay or your starter is dead i hope not

That sounds like a weak battery. Just had this happen to me last weekend.

your battery is going out. hopefully anyways. take the battery to an autozone and have them check the life on it. probably just need to get a new one.
