You can buy the factory black strip from the dealer for like $120 iirc (each side) then take it in to get chromed for like $80-$100 bucks each or if its made of plastic (dont remember if it is) you get it vacuum metalized for about the same price. If I remember correctly, they charge a minimum of $75 for the piece and like $5 an ounce or something like that.

I couldnt say, I personally would have to see it. You gotta remember, theres such as TOO much chrome; and I'm playing with that thin line! You can do pretty much anything to a car, it just has to be done right. Thats where $$ comes in. Those with $$ can afford to do something (for the first time) and know how far to go before it goes to far, once they hit that mark they can pay to reverse it I honestly cant give an opinion on the chrome molding though. in that picture, it looks pretty good, but probably cause he doesnt have a lot of chrome. It blends well with the strip around the windows and trim on rocker panel. Like, top middle and bottom, a complete set.
