Has anyone here had to Lemon Law their GS300 for problems with the suspension?
As I am finding out from various sources, there is an engineering defect on some GS300's (of the last few years and current model year) where the steering wheel shakes at 40/60/75 mph as if the wheels are WAY out of balance. The shaking stops when you get 5 mph more than the speeds I stated. According to my sources Lexus knows about the problem and has no fix. A number of people, according to my State sources, have successfully Lemon Law'd their GS vehicles due to this problem.

Has anyone done this?
Do you know someone who has?

Don't freakout. There's nothing wrong with your suspension. May be one of your tire is out of round. Go to your dealer and let them check the balance and road- force- variation before call it's a lemon.

 

Depending on your state you may be required to let the dealer attempt a repair on the problem you want to have it recalled for. You should have a lemon law book in with your owner's manual booklet. Read up on it, following though with the lemon law isn't necessarily easy, but possible.

Either way, you will have to let the dealer attempt to repair it, keep documents of everything you do.
