Cruising down the road, i let go of the accelerator then step on it again i hear a noise from the drive train. i crawled under the car and checked the transmission mounts they look as they are fine.
i then took off the drive shaft heatshield cover and pushed and pulled against the center mount and found that it moves easy. the rubber has no tears but i was able to move the driveshaft around with not too much effort.
could this mount be the cause of my noise and if it is how to remove and replace it.

very well could be. hard to say without any visible signs, i.e. tears, cracking. there should be a little of movement but not too much....I know I've replaced that before and it has fixed the problem, just hard to say for sure.......could be other misc. drivetrain components.
If I were throwing parts at it though, that would be my first stop.

Well I'm a technician, and I have installed quite a few of those. Mostly because of them being obviously broken, i.e. visual damage. Only once due to noise. Remove the shields, drive shaft, and the exhaust. You may be able to sneak it out without taking the exhaust out completely, but alot of the times on older vehicles the exhaust bolts are fused into the flanges pretty good. So be careful if you do decide to take the exhaust down.
Let me know if i can be of any more help.
