Hey I dont know if this works on the pre '01 GS models but it says it works for 01-03 and 04-09. But I figured this might be cool for those interested in having the Ipod jack in the car.

i stumbled across it on one of my random eBay searches. maybe if sum1 knows more about it they could offer insight to everyone. pretty inexpensive unit.

Nice! Probly won't work on pre 01 as the connector may be different.

LOL. i def have the tape player now. I had it since i had the car but i was loving the wireless life of the FM transmitter. then i downloaded sum new music n i turned it up and i had no bass. i was lyk WTF!. then i threw the tape player back in and turned it up and had the window shaking. lol. gotta love that tape deck. only thing that sucks is wen its lyk a quiet part between songs or sumthing lyk that its that loud humming noise from the tape deck. eventually imma jus go ahead and get a new up to date stereo

quality is actually really good on the tape players! no static or anything and for $10 you can't really beat that, those fm transmitters suck most of the time.
