Default Arrgh, I Effin Knew It!!

Someone swiped the chrome valve stem covers off my OEM wheels. At first I couldn't remember if the car came with them or not but then I remembered that I took pictures of the wheels on the second day I had the car. ARGH!!! Why do people do **** like that?

The sad thing is it happens more often than not. I had and replaced my chrome valve stem covers before...but no more..I gave up...not worth replacing, especially if they keep stealing them.

The worst part is that it may have happened right in my own garage here at my apartment. I left the garage door open yesterday after we had been out tooling around in town. It either happened there or right out in broad daylight when we stopped to get lunch. Oh well I guess it could have been worse. heh I don't suppose anyone makes a locking valve cover? hehe

I hate that. I had my emblems, fender poles (a thing from japan), valve stem caps (the stock, boring ones!) all ripped from my car...not all at once though.

My girlfriend is so sweet. She picked me up a set of polished stainless steel ones at walmart after I called and told her about it. I didn't even notice the old ones so its hard to tell if they are similiar. Eitherway, she said they were like $2 bucks so if they get stolen again, I'll probably just buy a few packs of the black ones. I honestly don't care if they are chrome/silver/stainless. I just don't like the idea of not having the protection on the stems against nature.

Maybe someone can make them child proof just like the medicine bottles.

LOL... I had something worse happen to me when I had my S.C. Chevy Z28. I went clubbing with the boys a few years back and when I came out to my car around 2am., I had a big *** **** on Chevy sticker slapped right on the front windshield and someone really pissed on my driverside wheel. You could see the urine splatter all over my wheel and on the ground....BASTARDS!

just get a really sensative alarm system... or have electric currents running through your car... if anything touches it, they're gonna get fried
