no i know it isn't too low lol... It was just really annoying listing to the damn cover scraping the whole way home. (just fixed that with some good old zip ties) now i just scrape getting into my driveway. But its okay 2morrow I am going to buy some lugs and throw on some BS wheels for now
There are spacers that can be put in between the coils. I found a set of 2" spacers all around when I put my bags on they go in between the coil to bring them apart, may be enough to stop the scraping.
ohh sgvdd525 can you pst some pics of your ride. I want to see how low you drive...
this is my car rolling on the freeway
and here it is parked.
note that this is the 1st day my car came out of the shop for a complete paint job so it was raised up which is still kind of high for me still. and my wheels are 19" btw.
My mechanic told me to come back tomorrow and he could raise it up a little. I don't know how, but he said he could, and that he has done it before on other cars. What should i do.
I would assume he'll probally put coil spring spacers or thick spring pads. Not much else you can do to cut springs.
Pads and Spacers are pretty common for leveling, getting an inch or two of lift, or restoring height on wore/sagging springs.
Take some more pics of it dumped out like that before changing height, cause it looks sweet!
