Honestly you should have just ran your OEM shocks. Even with new KYBs they will go out since they aren't made to handle drops like yours. Not even close

this is a pic on his car.. doesnt look that low.. i don't understand

When I began reading this thread I thought it was a joke or teaser. I'm on my winter setup which is like yours but I have Bilstein struts and my car doesn't look no where like yours. Obviously these springs have been cut to have your car be that low. Did you know that the springs were cut before you bought them?

Being that low on those springs driving all around NYC is not gonna be pretty. At least with coils or air you have that adjust-ability. I would not take off the engine cover underneath and I don't know how the mechanic said he can "raise it up a little". Good luck!

Yea.. its low but thank god I don't drive in the city. I live in westchester so I don't really have any city driving. My mechanic said he can do something to it idk. But I'm going to put the bigger wheels on today and see how I like it. If noit then ill go about raising it up a lil somehow

ok i found this on ebay, the thing i was talking about is similar to it without the springs. I had only saw like two of them on eBay the last time I was actually looking for them.

Maybe another member on here has seen these before and it will ring a bell but I know that I seen these sleeve type systems before. and they were universal. Which is kinda iffy, but nonetheless if you did wanna go the inexpensive route with something like this (if u can find them) they were rly cheap. Eibach makes something like this too that costs like $350, but even still I didnt see one made for the 2GS

getting bigger wheels and this and that... thats like having bags... dumping the car and driving like that... im sure most if not all Gs with bags dont drive with bags all the way down... No bueno. Nothing you can do but get coilovers or new springs....
