I have a problem with headlamps. When I turn the switch to head position,they either turn on or not. When I flash the high beams, the low beams turn on too, and sometimes they stay on when I stop flashing. So I suspect that the problem is located somewhere before the head light relay.

Any ideas how to fix it? The problem is becoming more and more annoying - recently I had to drive 50 kms in the night with only parking lights - the low beams went off in the middle of nowhere and I couldn't use high beams because of the traffic.
