How you doin' mate! I have a European GS300 myself, but I'd never put a 430 badge on it, it doesn't sound like one, doesn't go like V8 and just in general why would you do that, so that girls or by passers thought that you have a V8??? Sorry man, car looks very good but you killed it with that fake badge
And IMHO 8K is to high of a temperature, looks a tad ricey, 4300 or 5000 looks more clean!

And yes, one thing more, 18" are great but lower it, or don't put anything but stock on it, until you DROP it like it's hot!

Keep it up man!

cheers guys for nice compliments...

badges hmmm yea....but i like them and yea im trying to fool people thinking its v8 . its not a common car in scotland any way so alot of people dont know what it is. especially with sky high fuel prices in scotland alot of people go for small cars...it makes me feel good when people look at my car and think oh wow hes driving V8 gas guzzler

but yea now im thinking about de badging it so badges are going soon.

no plans on lowering it at all . i have 3 years old son and im trying to keep ride smooth. i must admit roads in edinburgh are ***** and bumps and pot holes here and there so no chance im lowering it and drive at 20 MPH.

atleast now i dont have to worry about bumps and crapy roads..

A lot of the folks here pay attention to detail and as you can see you were not cut slack for badging your car as a "430"; so most here were not fooled. You better hope the other people that your trying to fool don't stumble upon CL and this thread The ride is clean but I would've lowered it with the first set of wheels you had. But then again I understand your reason for not wanting to lower.
