Kajukenbo: Can you post a pic of a side veiw of your GS? I have been admiring these rims for quite some time and would love to see them on a GS of the same color as mine.

Kaju: Very nice factory looking install...looks like it was made by a lexus engineer! I definitely have to check it out this summer at a meet! I might have to even copy your design! or pay you to fab another for me! Keep me posted!

Peace

Hey joe,
glad to see you back, how's it going.
Got a question guys,
Is there any way to create a CAB out of the standard box, ie insulation on the outside because insulation on the inside will reduce the volume. would this result in lower end torque increase, should it?
thanks ,clive.

clivej,

When you say standard box, do you mean the stock intake box?
With sheet metal enclosure, you can put the foam either on the inside or the outside of the box. I have done both to reduce the noise and to reduce the heat inside of the enclosure.

1/8"-1/4" thick foam material does not really occupy that much volume on the inside of the box. I guess one can always make the box bigger.

Mike,

The intake system that was shown in the picture is made by Swift Racing Technology. There are also some other manufacturers out there such as Weapon R and Ingen......use the search function and you will find other threads related to what you are looking for.....
