2000 GS300 Radio
Hello,
Recently my radio has pretty much lost it's LED display, and the 6-disc changer no longer works.
How simple is it to replace the whole system, and where can I find available stereo systems? I know absolutely nothing about cars, just how to drive them and put in gas
Thanks!

Guess I will chip in from a newbie to a newbie.... lol - can't believe I said that but I did...
If you "know absolutely nothing about cars, just how to drive them and put in gas" then you should save the hassle and just take it to a shop. Plain and simple.

There are a lot of aftermarket upgrades to the stock system. Your best bet to see what fits is to check out Crutchfield. The link will take you to the outfit my car section and you can see all the options you have. I personally like the Kenwood DNX9140 (I have last years model DNX8120). Its an amazing headunit, gps, dvd, bluetooth, etc. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
