Just a little update. Found a place in San Francisco with the same key for $41 bucks and that includes the cut and lifetime warranty

They also sell a newer version that is "compact" as to not have the problems with the wiper control. I personally like the texture and look of the bigger one:

i have one of these too.. my transmitter is ****ed so my central locking doesnt work but its much nicer than the original key!

i have this flip key and i have the same problem with my wiper controls...thinking about ordering an original key just because of this problem

im about to order the "new" style flip key. the blade flips out differently now.

Just noticed that the "compact" flip key opens in a more ergonomically correct way maybe I should have gotten that one (or get another )

they both do the same thing... Its just a key silly!

compact one is just smaller (like the size of a normal alarm transmitter)
