Steering Wheel Tilt Motor Advice Needed

Anyone know if there's other Toyota/Lexus models that uses the same motor for tilt/telescope... wanted to get a motor to take apart that isn't on the car, and there's lots of RX300s/RX330s, and a local SC, yet no GSs.
