This would be a good start to rip them apart and install a projector. Half the work is done.

I may look into a clear lense locally... hope it's not too costly. I'll let you guys know if I go through with it.
edit: FAIL... they said that they can't do it. Loser. I'm gonna do it. It won't be pretty unless I want to go ahead and make a mold.

This is the method I'd like to apply. Preheat the oven to the point where the polycarbonate starts to losen up or form to the contour of the mold.... then put it into another preheat oven at 300 or so degree to prevent oxygen soak or whatever it's called (to preven bubbles).
