I got a response that they can't do a complex shape as our lense but they suggest a flat lense cover.

This can be done in PC. All you need is a mold and a molder...and I'm a molder

are the oem glass? if so the lexan may get too hot with that small clearance to bulb. ignore me if theyre plastic already.

I believe they are only plastic if they are projectors. On reflectors, they are glass, in which ours is.

I think by pc he means polycarbonate. If so that would be a good headstart since he can mold it and probably has access to materials.
Prototype maybe? idk jus throwin out ideas. Id be happy to test fit if youd like.
