Do you have aftermafret wheels. If so you should lower it

Your gonna have to watch out for bumps, potfoles, etc.Your also gonna have to be careful entering driveways at like banks and places that have inclined entrances. You will have to go in and out at an angle and slower than normal.

You prolly will scrape occassionally but if your careful it will be minimul.

DO YOU REALLY HAVE 20'S ON IT!!!! COOL MAN! HEY QUESTION FOR YOU - MAYBE YOU CAN SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF YOUR "CAPS LOCK" BEING STUCK INSTEAD OF SCRAPING. I THINK SOME WD-40 MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU OUT.

it just sounds like ur yelling thats all.

ur 20s have a bigger OD than the stockers so even with a kit and lowering you wont be too bad, if u were on 16s and lowered ur car with a kit you woudl be dead, my GS has 16s and lowerd, no lip or kit and i have scraped before

i have the WIN kit also with ltuned suspension, u cant go flyin over driveways or anything. but its not really anythign to worry about.. what u SHOULD worry about is hittin curbs when u park! hehe thats the real killer if u r use to parkin over the curbs like i use to be! now im like 2 feet behind the curbs! and since the front of the side skirt is lower then the front kit. u should becare when going over speed bumps cause after your front clears when your car goes down it may still hit the fron tof the side skirt! hope this helps!

I wonder if the factory suspension may cause your GS's kit to bottom out on dips @ higher speeds that are commonly experienced on highways. For instance, let's say that you are traveling @ 80 - 90 mph & you drive over a dip that stretches about 10 ft. With much softer stock springs and shocks, the suspension rebounds too slow and *bam* you bottom out on the road. Will the side skirts of the kit impact first before the entire bottom frame of the car hits?

If this is a realistic occurence, then I would probably invest quickly in a set of aftermarket springs and shocks in order to stiffen up that puppy a bit.

Does anyone else have an opinion on this particular concern?

With only a 1" drop the car sits about 2" off the ground....it is VERY low....and remember fiberglass doesn't take well to curbs...you have to drive extremely slow or speed bumps and driveways....or not go over them at all....
