Smile New here...some questions about my beloved 2GS.

Hey guys. I've been lurking here for a while and I really like the community, so I'm glad to be able to join.

I have a 2001 GS 430, and I'm absolutely in love with it. However, I'd love to do more with it, to make it more of my own. So I have a few questions for all you experienced 2GS owners out there.

I've heard a lot of good things about the SRT intake; is it worth the price, and are gains significant and/or noticeable in power and gas mileage?

Also, is a resonator delete a good idea for an inexpensive way to get a better sound from the car?

Thanks guys

Welcome. First off search will come in handy; search 'srt' in the search field and you'll find hundreds of threads on the intake.

Deleting the resonator will definately make it louder but i'm not sure how it sounds. Maybe someone else can chime in.

SRT is the only intake worth spending money on for real gains. Save up for an exhaust instead of ghettoing your car.
