I got a problem, with PRND panel in my GS300 '03 (deep scratches).
Is it possible to replace it by myself?
I'm talking about this one:

I got new one, and i need to replace old one.
Could you provide manual or describe it here, how to do...
Please help.
Best regards,

Pull the ashtray straight out (I forget if there's two screws behind here on either side that need to be taken out or if those are for the stereo). Then open your console (for easier access) and pry up the back of the woodgrain piece. When that pops up, you'll need to unplug the wire harnesses that go to the switches. That trim piece needs to come up a bit and then pull back toward you to remove. You'll have access to the PRND piece. Remove the shift **** by just unscrewing.
The PRND piece has four molded-in clips that snap tightly around the base to hold it down. You have to pry these to get that plate off, but do so gently -- its a high-density plastic that's relatively brittle. Get one corner up at a time and hold it up, then the next, and so on.
Should come straight up and off; assembly's the opposite. Good luck!
