Well, thanks for everyone's input.
So I ended up putting some 35w 5000K in my fogs.
Clean look.
Got the 6000K up top, 5000K on the bottom, and LEDs in the middle.
It's all good now.
One thing though... I have the japanese made O-nex in on top and the chinese made Xentec on the bottom.
I've come to the conclusion that HID's are HID's.
I'm sure if you buy the german made with the phillip bulbs there's a difference, but for now, I really can't tell japan from china.
Anyways, don't waste your money on HIDs. That's my two cents (if anyone cares).

THIS IS AFTER WARMUP
AND this pic is like 2 years old when i had put my HIDS fogs in but not changed my city lights yet
i didnt, i took them from my last lexus i had but i will tell you what. the difference with my fogs on and my fogs off (with my HIDS) is really noticeable. so i say they ARE worth it

For the parking/city lights, I just put in some cheapo 1 SMT LED that I found at a trucker's rest stop shop. Haha.
They're really not as bright as the picture makes them out to be, and they are supposed to be white, but are actually more like a blue. They would match 6000K perfectly.
In the daytime, though, they are just a small speck of light in the high beam housing. You can hardly tell they're on until night time.
