Yes they come with inners
VERY hard to find, usually on back order, go to JZS International and tell Taba that Nathaniel sent you
These are a very highly sought after tail due to its price and quality (I have them too) What Insurance is doing is taking a bunch of orders then making and shipping them out like every few months. A huge shipment was made back in December. Taba usually will have you pay for them and put you on a list then ship them to you when available.

Again, going with the consensus, it's all preference.
My opinion: Go with LEDs! Just get the ones that come with the resistors that don't turn on your "lamp out indicator" on your dash, hook it up correctly, and your good.
It's a really clean look, like Yakuza's gs.

I would only switch out to Led if my car was 98-00.

i have a 98 and i went to 01+ (got them off mr jokster incidentally..!)
i prefer the look of the 01+ because they make the car look modern without looking 'tacky' like the LED ones do sometimes. i think they're too obviously modified which doesnt suit the car that well. plus my car is Cinnabar Pearl, which is basically red with an orange pearl so the red/orange stock style lights match the paint and blend in quite well..
