I know po300 is the miss firing of cylinder 1 3 and 5. My has car those codes be thrown and my vsc light. I have no clue what to look at! I did a search but no clear cut answer. I took it to my friends whose a Lexo tech he said it could be anything. I'm going to get my sparkplug wires and timing belt changed today. So let's hope that helps.
But has anyone at all pin point the problem? Please need help and I need it fixed I drove my car this morning with that missing firing crap for about 25 miles. I'm gona have to see if I can get my check engine light reset and see if that works for a little bit. Anyways help!

my car did the same thing...
1. i had the timing belt changed
2. vvt-i filter changed
3. spark plugs, wires, coils
4. it still was misfiring and vvt malfunction code keep poppin..... so i replaced the vvt selenoid that sit on top of the vvt filter
hope that helps.... you can replace it yourself
one screw holds it in place and the other side has a clip with wires....
the car has been running fine

my car was throwing a misfire in the 2nd cylinder code. and my vsc light also came on. came to find out i had bent valves in my 2nd cylinder. got my head redone at a local machine shop. i also did some research and it said that the vsc tends to come on when the check engine comes on. hope that helps
