WOW! I just bought a 2000 GS4 Platinum in excellent condition, one owner, with 98k on it. I paid 8k for it. I did the timing belt right away and this weekend gearing up to do the lower ball joints. I have complete service records for it up to about 85k but no proof the 90k service was done so I'm slowly doing all that myself. McKrevice, awesome car! The value doesn't do it justice.

I went and checked it out and test drove it. I was expecting more get up and go but i did drive my turbo IS up there so maybe thats why. It was pretty nice overall teh steering wheel didnt go in/out just up and down. HAd various scratches etc but its obvious it was garage the interrior was real nice.
With the neg equity in my car i couldnt get that car low enough to make it worth while to get out of my car. O well it was worth a shot.

I would love to sell it! I have my eye on an E55. But there is no way I can justify it. I bought it a year ago. Did the timing belt due to age, and changed every fluid, daizen rack bushings, and a few other things. And I have 0 steering wheel shake and no rust.

I have about 20k into it. Don't really want to take a 10k hit just to buy another car.

But here it is. Platinum edition and all. 10 years old with 45,000 on the clock.

Well, i didn't know your car was silver, i already have a silver car so i don't want another one identical car, dammit. But, One of my buddies is looking for a silver one so I just forwarded him this post, what state are you located?
PM me your contact info.

Thanks,
Don

I know that I just had my comp start going on its way out. I ended up taking it in to get looked at and the estimate for the new comp, drier/condensor was 2200. Needless to say I purchased a comp/drier/condenser for about 750 and I plan on putting it in this weekend. Id consider the cost of that repair when purchasing the car. I wouldnt pay that much for it with the issues with AC. Id offer about 7 or so for it. I love my gs though and I paid 14000 for it about 4 years ago. It is a 99 gs4 and I has rarely had issues!
