Default What type of connector/socket is the OEM ballast

Bought a pair of OEM HIDs and I'm trying to wiring the ballast up properly...can anyone tell me what type of socket the ballast uses?

It's a proprietary Toyota plug. My best guess that it was made by Denso or AMP. Those are the two main harness/connector makers for Toyota. You might be able to order a replacement set through the dealer.

Worst case, just cut off the stock harness connector and solder on a 9006 male, and solder a 9006 female to the ballast.

PS: I might have a pair of the oem ballast connectors. I'm not 100% sure, but if I ever stumble across them I'll let you know. I just moved to a new house so all of my parts are still in big boxes.

Hey Jeff,
Thanks for the info it does look proprietary so that's why I asked for help lol. Anyways I did consider getting a pair of female & male 9006 connectors from the store. Unfortunately the closest autopart store near me only had female connector but no male I guess I'll hold off for now until I order a pair or make the 20min drive to Frys.

Just went and bought these...plan to cut them in half and solder each and to respective component.
