Default Great Service from TM Engineering

I just want to say that I just ordered some steering rack bushings from TM Engineering and it arrived quickly. I got all of my emails answered quickly as well with all the info I needed. Great company to deal with!

lol.

huge shock there. after this forum basically blasted that company for being horrible at everything, they have 2 choices. Either they can function like a good company and provide service and products that do not **** people off, or they can fizzle out.

I still won't order from them. Sewell has my business for as long as I own this car.

why do we need 3 posts going on about this same thing. guys TM used to be a vendor here, they not anymore. they have had sub par service for years....sometimes its good sometimes its bad. as of yet i have no complaints but i did just get a email saying my front control arm bushings were on backorder

anyways we already have ONE active post bout them....and like 4 others that are semi inactive, did we really need this one?

While I agree on not needing multiple threads, I too ordered the ball joint bushing kit and got it within a week. The reason I post here though is that many of us want to order these bushing kits and nobody has them in stock. Although TM seems like a gamble on this forum, they do seem to moving quickly lately.

Well we've all had different expierences with TM.. I still think some of us including myself placed our orders at a time when the bushings were on backorder or caught the tail end of one order and than created another which took longer than expected

even so, why does it make sense to make a new one instead of THIS one where we ALREADY talking bout their service (good or bad)

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...-bushings.html

or even this ancient one

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...authentic.html

or u coulda updated the one YOU started the other day also

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...gineering.html

even older

and some more

and yes there are even more guys.im sorry i know it seems silly but i just dont see the need in 20 posts on the SAME things...type in TM ENGINEERING and there are OVER 5 pages of topics bout them....mostly all covering the same thing. their service....
